About the Brewmaster, Nick Campbell
A graduate of the American Brewers Guild course in 2004, Nick has been with Blue Frog since May of 2004. As an avid home brewer, Nick become accustomed to experimentation that still follows him in to the brew house today. Trained classically as chef, Nick spent many years in fine dinning kitchens in Arizona, Oregon, the US Virgin Islands and the Napa Valley where he learned not only the intricacies of food and wine pairing, but also pairing beer and food .
A fan of hops and yeastie lovin' Nick strives to create balanced beers that are tasty on their own as well as the tasty faire at the Blue Frog.
